1A3 Contract Vehicles

1 Adaptive Arrow Alliance (1A3)’s participation in government contract vehicles provide another streamlined process by which the government can award pre-approved organizations to provide a best-value solution to a known need. 1A3 is well-versed in government contract vehicles and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreements. 

1A3 holds a base plus Outside the Continuental U.S. (OCONUS) Subarea contract of U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) STARS III contract vehicles. 1A3 organizations are participants in the following government contract vehicles:

• GSA Historically Under-utilized Business Zone (HUBZone)
• GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) (IT Schedule 70)
• Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR)
• SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG)
